Help
Those Who
Served

Dream Seeker Homes is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit in Gilbert, Arizona, founded by Realtors and investors. Today we help veterans connect with the benefits and resources they have earned, get repairs done on homes they cannot afford to fix, and handle the everyday problems that put a roof at risk. Our long-term dream, the reason for our name, is to one day build affordable homes for veterans.

01 · The mission

Veterans
first. Homes
next.

Our immediate focus is practical: helping veterans across the Phoenix and Gilbert area find and use the benefits and resources they qualify for but may never have been told about, get repairs done on homes they cannot afford to fix, and handle the everyday problems that threaten a stable roof. If we cannot help you, we will point you to someone who can.

Our long-term goal, the reason we exist, is to design and build affordable, basic homes for veterans: homes a veteran can buy with the VA loan they earned in service, or rent with their VASH voucher until the nonprofit can help them financially purchase the home. That is a future we are raising money to make real, one honest step at a time.

02 · How we help

Help
today, homes
tomorrow

Veterans first

Our work today is about the problems in front of us: benefits left unclaimed, repairs left undone, and the small crises that can cost a veteran their home. Our long-term dream, and the reason we raise money, is a future of affordable homes built for veterans.

01

Connect the dots

Most of the help a veteran qualifies for is already earned: VA health care, housing vouchers, food and utility assistance, and more. We help veterans find it and use it.

02

Fix what's broken

A leaky roof, a water heater on its last legs, a door that won't lock. We help veterans get repairs done when they cannot afford them, so a small problem never costs a home.

03

The dream: homes for vets

The long-term goal: small, affordable homes under $180,000, bought with a VA loan or rented with a VASH voucher. We are honest that this is future work, and every donation moves it closer.

03 · The founders

Started by
Realtors,
for veterans

Dream Seeker Homes was formed by professional Realtors and investors who spent their careers buying, selling, rehabbing, and financing homes, and who wanted that know-how to serve the people who served us.
